GOAL SEEKER: 3 Month Program

The "Goal Seeker" package is designed for those ready to take their commitment to the next level with a 3-month plan. Ideal for individuals serious about achieving lasting results, this package provides the structure needed to make meaningful progress. By committing to 3 months, you set yourself up for success, staying focused and motivated on your path to reaching your goals.

EXPLORER: Single Sessions

The "Explorer" is perfect for those who want to dip their toes into fitness with no long-term commitment. Ideal for trying new workouts or fitting in sessions when your schedule allows, this single-session option offers maximum flexibility. Discover what works best for you, one session at a time.

Go to the top of this page to fill out a Personal Training interest form. A YMCA staff member will then contact you to answer any questions you have and get you started with a trainer.

Visit your local YMCA to view our Personal Trainers biographies, experience, and specialties. If you would like for us to select a trainer for you based on your availability and wellness goals/needs, we can do that as well.

Anytime you want to change your program, please visit the front desk to fill out a change of training form. You must cancel by the 20th of each month prior to the next payment. You can switch to single sessions at any time.

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for freedom of movement. Athletic shoes with good support are essential, and bring a water bottle.

A customized fitness program will be designed to meet YOUR specific needs. The personal trainer will guide you through your workouts and provide you with encouragement, direction, motivation, and accountability.

No. The first step in the Personal Training program is to meet with one of our Certified Personal trainers so they can help you choose the program that safely and accurately matches your goals. 

Appointments will be scheduled directly through your assigned personal trainer and can be scheduled only on days that are mutually agreed upon. After registering for a Personal Training Consultation, a trainer will reach out to you to set up your initial assessment. 

As a courtesy to your trainer and their other clients, you are expected to arrive on time, dressed and ready to train. If you arrive late for your appointment, your training session will end at the previously agreed upon time. 

No Problem! Anytime you need to put your account on hold, request a Personal Trainer change form from the front desk! You can place a hold for a maximum of three months. Program fees automatically renew based on your initial contract after the hold period.

Sessions expire at the end of each month and cannot be carried over without direct approval from the Director of Personal training at your branch.

Your contract will auto-renew at the current contract and rate as a month-to-month program unless you terminate the contract. This can be done by filling out the Personal training change form at the front desk.

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required or the full session will be forfeited. You must contact your personal trainer directly to cancel or reschedule the cancelled session so long as it is completed within the calendar month. 

Sessions will draft on the 1st of each month.
