If you have questions about younger participants, please don't hesitate to contact your YMCA for more information.

No, we operate on a drop-in basis when it comes to our classes. To see our schedule on when certain classes are offered click here.

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Athletic shoes with good support are recommended for most classes. Though some classes might require you to take your shoes off such as yoga. If being bare foot isn't comfortable we recommend socks with grips to reduce the chances or slipping.

No, the YMCA will provide any necessary equipment, such as mats, weights, or resistance bands. However, if you have your own yoga mat or other personal equipment you prefer to use, feel free to bring it along. Though the YMCA is not responsible for any stolen or lost items.

Absolutely! Our classes cater to individuals of all fitness levels, including beginners. Our instructors are trained to offer modifications and adjustments to accommodate participants of varying abilities.
