What you need to know:

Who: School days out is for Kindergarten to sixth grade.

When: Local school district's scheduled days off/when schools are cancelled due to snow or emergency.

Locations: School days off care is available at these select branches

• Alliance Family YMCA
• Louisville Area YMCA
• Lake Community YMCA
• Meyers Lake YMCA (Canton City & Plain Local)
• North Canton YMCA Child Development Center (North Canton & Plain Local)
• Paul & Carol David YMCA (Jackson Local)

Hours: 6:30 AM- 6:00 PM (Hours vary by location)

Price: For YMCA Members the price is $35 per day and for community members without a YMCA membership the price is $45 per day.

Activities Included: Gym time, swimming, organized games, crafts, and more!

Students should bring: A packed lunch, swimsuit, and towel.

The Y will provide: Morning and afternoon snack, all needed material and supplies, and a whole lot of fun!

School days out is not offered for all holidays: Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and Memorial Day.

*Children do not need to bring any toys or devices from home. Materials and supplies will be provided for all activities offered. The YMCA is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

School Day Out Registration is available online. You can register your child at any school day out location as long as that location has a complete registration packet on file for your child.
